Pastor Doug and his wife Donna have been full time youth pastors since 1995. He is a sought after camp and conference speaker to both youth and youth pastors alike. As the director of Generation Ministries of City Bible Church, Doug oversees a team that pastors over 700 Junior High, High School and College age youth. Doug's heart is to see the youth of today equipped with the knowledge, relationship and power of a living God who cares about them personally. As the director of Generation Unleashed, he and his team now host, with the City Bible Church family, the largest non-denominational youth conference in the Northwest. Doug Lasit earned his Bachelor of Theology from Portland Bible College in 1995. He currently oversees Youth Ministry Education at Portland Bible College and has been the Generation Ministry Director of City Bible Church for the last eight years. Doug, his wife Donna and three children - Kalei, Tessa and Kai - reside in Portland, Oregon. |

Marc and his wife Susan serve on the Executive Pastoral team at City Bible Church in Portland, Oregon under the leadership of Senior Pastor Frank Damazio. It's a challenging post, but after traveling 200 days a year as Director of Evangelism for Christian Equippers International in South Lake Tahoe, Marc welcomes the opportunity to focus on reaching his own community as part of the pastoral team at his local church. Here he has served as Director of Pastoral Ministries, Director of Publishing and Director of Evangelism and Assimilation. Marc and Susan live in Clackamas, Oregon and have two grown daughters, two sons, and three grandsons. Marc's two sons-in-law have come to accept his sense of humor as an unavoidable part of the package. |
